Scope

This policy covers the BeMoreFlex iOS app, public website, and requests sent to support.

Data in the iOS app

Your optional profile name, goals, mobility assessments, sessions, progress check-ins, and preferences are stored on your device to personalize sessions and show your progress. The current version does not send this profile to a BeMoreFlex server and does not require a BeMoreFlex account.

Reminders are local notifications that require your permission. You can disable them in iOS notification settings. The app does not include advertising tracking.

Apple purchases

Apple handles purchases and payments under its own terms and privacy policy. The app checks transactions and subscription status with StoreKit to grant or restore access. BeMoreFlex does not receive your payment card numbers.

Controlling data on your device

You can edit your name, goals, and preferences in the app. Deleting the app in iOS removes its local data; offloading the app keeps it. Device backups are managed separately in your Apple settings. We cannot remotely erase data held only on your device.

Deleting the app or requesting deletion of a support message does not cancel an Apple subscription. Use the subscription management link below.

Information submitted on the website

When you use the form, we collect your name, email address, and the message you choose to send.

How we use it

The information you submit is used only to respond to your enquiry and provide any necessary follow-up. BeMoreFlex does not sell your personal information.

Security and service providers

Cloudflare provides site hosting and email delivery. Cloudflare Turnstile provides anti-bot verification for the form. These services process technical data, including IP addresses and browser information, to secure and deliver requests. Messages are received in a support mailbox hosted by Google (Gmail). These providers may process data in countries other than yours under their privacy policies.

Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, meet our obligations, or resolve a dispute.

Access and questions

BeMoreFlex is responsible for personal information handled through this site. To ask a question or request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent for information sent to support, use the contact link below. Retention obligations may limit deletion; we will explain any limits applicable to your request.
